Segment OCT B-scans and quantify retinal layer thickness, foveal geometry, choroidal vascularity (CVI), scleral structure, and macular hole dimensions. Measurements use pixels; physical scan calibration is not assumed.

Retinal layers: segmentation, thickness, area, boundary shape, and foveal geometry.
Choroid: choroidal vascularity index (CVI), area, and thickness.
Macular hole (MH): height, upper/lower opening widths, and minimum width when a qualifying hole is segmented.
Sclera: area and mean, median, and maximum thickness when a scleral region is segmented.
MH and sclera are checked automatically. If no qualifying region is found, that analysis is skipped. Results include overlays and downloadable measurements. Dimensions use pixels; scleral measurements describe the segmented region only.
